A group of bronze lotus blossoms, originally placed on a Buddhist altar. The lotus is a symbol of beauty and perfection. The lotus is also the symbol of Buddha, because just as the lotus emerges from the mud to bloom in perfection, Buddha was born of this earth but attained perfection and enlightenment. With minor wear and patina from age and use. Displayed in contemporary metal stand.
