A group of five bent bamboo tea cup saucers, chataku, for use in the sencha tea ceremony. The sencha ceremony, senchado, a Chinese inspired tea ceremony which uses steaped tea, in contrast to the better known chado tea ceremony which uses powdered tea. The reverse of the saucer with the seal of the maker. With tomobako wooden storge box.
